Polyember runs polyember.com and is responsible for your data here. Short version: we collect as little as we can.

Browsing the site

We do not use tracking cookies or ad pixels. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data (IP address, browser) to serve pages and block attacks. Fonts load from Google Fonts.

Buying

Checkout runs on Whop. Whop collects your name, email and payment details to process the order and deliver your files, under Whop's privacy policy. We receive your name, email and what you bought, and we use that only for delivery, support and our accounting records.

Emails

If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email hello@polyember.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
